Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Airclap application ("App") developed by Gentleflow ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Airclap is a cross-platform file transfer application that allows users to send files between devices over a local Wi-Fi network. The App is available on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Google or Apple authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Subscription and Payments

• The App offers a free tier with a file size limit of 100 MB per transfer.
• Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited file transfers and are available on a monthly, semi-annual, annual, or lifetime basis.
• Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the respective platform's payment system.
• Subscription renewal and cancellation are governed by the policies of the platform through which you subscribed.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to transfer illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or its connected networks
• Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
• Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures of the App

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Gentleflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Open-source components used in the App are subject to their respective licenses.

7. File Transfers

• All file transfers occur directly between devices over your local network.
• We do not monitor, access, or store the content of transferred files.
• You are solely responsible for the content you transfer and must ensure it complies with applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENTLEFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gentleflow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
