Airclap ("we," "us," or "our") is developed by Gentleflow. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Airclap application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address for authentication purposes.
- Subscription Information: Payment and subscription data is processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Play Store), or RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for service functionality.
- Usage Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as feature usage frequency and session duration. This data helps us improve the App.
- Crash Data: We may collect crash logs to diagnose and fix technical issues.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- File Content: Airclap transfers files directly between devices over local Wi-Fi. Your files are transmitted peer-to-peer and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not access, store, or process the content of your files.
- Browsing History: We do not track your browsing or internet activity.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Process your subscription and verify membership status
- Authenticate your identity via third-party sign-in providers
- Analyze anonymized usage data to improve the App
- Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with the following third-party services:

- File transfers occur directly between devices on your local network. No file data passes through our servers.
- We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

- Access your data: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Opt out of analytics: Disable analytics by uninstalling the App.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website.
